During the time I spent this last year with Tyler Watson‘s Abundance Alignment techique he’s gone through a rebranding change to Elite Performance Coaching. He hasn’t spoken much about the reason why but I presume it’s because he’s been promoting a tool to achieve results and now he’s transformed that into promoting an image and a higher ideal. Elevating it to its next level. For him elite coaching is the pinnacle of success, it is his ideal client because he wants to coach the best of the best coaches.
I see how I took my ideal scenario, the thing I really want and turned it into my brand. I want a homestead that is abundant in all ways, that is completely without lack.
Obviously, influenced by the technique, well one of the techniques which I used this year.
Another technique I practice besides, the Abundance Alignment technique is surrender. As taught by my lifetime, meditation teacher, Jonathan Parker, PhD.
Example, “I surrender the need for limiting beliefs around finance and success”
Affirmations as a conservation with the self like these and variations allow the subconscious to let go of beliefs that no longer serve us.
I got to meet with him on the phone for a counseling session. I wanted his advice in the matter of starting this next phase of my business. I presented to him the concept of helping people start a homestead and how they might look at it as one would look at starting a new business. To have a real plan, fund its creation, but also provide an ongoing prosperous lifestyle.
I explained that in order to get to that phase there is first a process of analyzing one’s subconscious and limiting beliefs. Is there anything holding a person back from achieving his or her goals? Some sort of guided meditation process, videos to explain the subconscious work, childhood trauma release, and other transformative tools.
A phase at which I was personally getting a lot of success from myself, but I didn’t have many takers as far as clients or participants in Accelerated Homestead Abundance (AHA)
Not surprising, because I didn’t have any real format, courses, or scheduled times to talk to people. No website besides my Instagram and Substack blog, which is nothing more than random thoughts and experiences along the way.
I do have the experience of working the last three years in regenerative agriculture. I did do 13 episodes for my podcast Dojo Radio. Shout out to my main dudes Kyle, and Ryan for being amazing accountability buddies.
Still, none of my online efforts were generating any income, even though I did feel very successful because of all the transformative work I’ve been doing on myself. I did manifest an amazing job with free rent in the mountains with access to Los Angeles so my wife can work as a dental hygienist. Needless to say we are comfortable and our needs are met. Still, I’m trying to build a business here.
The main premise of a Aligned Homestead Abundance is that it should have a source of income that supports its operations. Some sort of passion based business that could ideally be done online in about 15 to 25 hours a week.
For me, I always imagined I’d offer a paid model membership to help people move forward with their goals. For others, it could be something similar or it could be one’s artwork, writing skills, investing, furniture making, farming, or whatever a person wanted to do!
My input or criteria is that it has a high profit margin, so that one isn’t slaving against his own chains of bondage. For this reason, I introduced people to Wallace D Wattles and his book, The Science of Getting Rich.
I even offered the idea of a book club, possibly, they could make donations to me for leading the group. Some interest, but nothing very magnetic.
I stayed up nights, listening to webinars about investing in the stock market, crypto, high ticket coaching.
Through the years I’ve had several high profile coaches sell me on the idea of high-end coaching programs. They would cost in the range of $10,000-$40,000. I searched my soul and it just didn’t feel right for me.
I’m honestly not against it. If someone wants to invest thousands of dollars into education for success, go for it! It’s no different than a college education. If it’s going to really help you get what you want.
I paid $5000 to work with Tyler Watson at AAT, no regrets. It’s changed my life. Plus, I don’t have to use it to start a coaching business. Most people do, but I honestly think that is just a lack of creativity.
The techniques work to help you redefine who you want to become and step into a higher frequency of your self.
When I asked the question, “what do I want”? It was clear, I want my time back. I don’t want to have to clock into a job I don’t want to do.
In order to get that back, I need about $6000 a month in today’s economy.
So I rounded up to $10,000 just to be safe.
I’ve had that goal planted in my subconscious for almost a year now. I have aligned so many times to that figure that I am 100% in belief. I now deserve it.
Guess how much my tax return was for this month? Yes $10,000.
The other thing I want is land. I have a deep desire to own and and care for it. Feed my family, and keep them safe. Care for the Earth, plants, water, animals and elementals that inhabit it.
I’ve been familiar with land investing for a long time, but never saw an opportunity to act upon. Then I got an ad on Instagram. I clicked it and many others like it. I almost enrolled in a $5000 program but not before I came across Michael Robertson with Land Flipping For Profit. Guess what, his main technique shows you how to make $10,000 per deal. Triggered? Me too!
A small family operation, more like a mentorship. He only takes 40 students a year and the cost is $1100 per year paid in installments, $500 down and $50 a month. I can barely go to junior college for a semester at that price.
I know my learning style after years of trial and error, auditory, and experiential. I’m fully in now, got my first leads, and I’m about to make some phone calls tomorrow.
I’m super focused, educated on the process and the market. Ready to do legitimate win, win negotiations.
What better skill to have, then how to acquire land at wholesale prices for someone who wants to help people become a homesteader.
So I’ll lead by example. Lay down a financial foundation. Start my Homestead. Document the process. Then share my story.
Please stay tuned for the details on my first deal.
