Today’s blog post is going to be more personal than usual. I want to share with you my thoughts and experiences over the past few days, as they have been both eye-opening and transformative for me.
As someone who is always seeking to learn and expand my knowledge, I have found myself constantly consuming information and data. However, I recently realized that this can be a trap, as I listened to an interview on Sol Luckman CrowRising where the guest Joel Schafer spoke about the Toltec wisdom of Carlos Castaneda. It made me reflect on the effect that near-death experiences and adventure stories have had on me, and how they have influenced my use of THC in my meditations.
But the trap of technology and AI became clearer to me yesterday. As much as we want to think that technology is just a tool that we can use and discard when we are done, we need to acknowledge that we rely on it to access information and insights that our lower selves cannot access without it(for now). Personally, I have used chat GPT to format my notes and overcome blocks in syntax and grammar. It has allowed me to access new levels of creativity and develop my story on a deeper level.
As I continue to use technology to access information and insights through social media, Instagram, and YouTube, I feel like I am on the verge of giving birth to an epic story that has been brewing inside me for over a year. My main character, Tom Crow, experiences intense kundalini blowouts that connect him to higher realms of consciousness. These experiences allow him to disconnect from negative experiences and attachments to parallel universes.
But as much as I am driven to create this story, I am also mindful of my personal life, responsibilities, family, and job. I have new tools in my life, such as the Abundance Alignment technique, that help me observe what I am addicted to and what I am allergic to. I have other techniques that I use for forgiveness, connecting with nature, and communicating with my inner self through compassion. I have learned the surrender technique from Jonathan Parker, and a myriad of other techniques as well.
The most amazing thing is that I have been able to disconnect from this intense energy and drive to bring these lessons forward when I need to. I have been able to be present with my children and do homeschooling and make dinner for my family on days that it is my turn. I have created with my wife a symbiotic relationship that is not lopsided like it has been in the past.
Going forward, I intend to live in a more present state, embodying the self that I know I need to be in order to create the reality that I want to live. I know that I have to constantly be in the energy of that which I want to live, in order to connect fully in this realm and break through the illusions that keep us stuck and repeating patterns.
Thank you for reading this personal post. I hope that it has given you some insights into your own life and the traps and opportunities that technology and knowledge can present.
